If you're really curious about everything I've read over the past few years, you can see it here at my profile on librarything.  Also, I'm open to suggestions about what to read this year if anybody has any!

  1. For Historical Fiction, I recommend any of Kate Morton's books. I LOVE them! Esp. her first one, The House at Riverton.

  2. Love this challenge!!! I LOVE food lit. Some of my favorites are:

Like Water for Chocolate-- hilarious, and has fabulous food descriptions-- mostly Mexican fare... which I love.

Walking Across Egypt by Clyde Edgerton-- Also freakin hilarious, but has amazing descriptions of southern cooking. This book ALWAYS makes me hungry!!!
